Sunny Side Up operates tours along the incredible Shakotan to Otaru coastline. This area has been designated as a Quasi-National Park since 1963 and is the only Marine Park in Hokkaido.  Paddle over pristine blue waters and explore the cliffs, bays & caves. Hike the peaks along the coast for panoramic views of the Sea of Japan.

Guides are Kayak Instructor qualified, insured and Wilderness First Aid certified. 

Sea Kayak Tours generally run for 2-3 hours and are suitable for first timers and elementary school children. 

Mountain Tours range from entry level hikes suitable to most people, to longer, more strenuous peaks.
